Popping sound... from crotch?? :(

I'm just sitting here, and I keep hearing weird popping sounds. Kind of like... I dunno, gas or something, but much less noisy.

 Never had this happen before, so not too sure how to describe it! Haha.

 Along with the popping I suddenly feel like throwing up. :( I have a doctor appointment in 3 hours, but uuuugh, some insights would be ace.

    My SIL says she heard a POP sound right after her water broke....who know what that was! GL

    Does it sound like its your hips? When I walk I get a popping sound coming from somewhere near my pubic bone. My MW says its my hips clicking against each other.

    I've read you can hear a strange popping sound before your water breaks as well.  Maybe baby's on the way! :)
