Twinges and pinching in uterus before + hpt?

Hi, I'm from the 3T board, but thought you could give your experiences. 

**I am only asking this question bc I am curious but of course I know that only a test will tell us if we are pregnant and that it was too early to know for sure.** 

 

My wife and I tested this morning at 11dpiui and got a negative. 

We had four mature follies this time around and "two close behind". We are aware that the more follies that burst the more false symptoms a woman will have during the 2ww. My wife has been having an overflow of symptoms, but the only one that has never happened in the past is twinges and pinching pain in the uterus area. 

Did any of you experience this before your positive test? We have read and heard many accounts of this. I hate getting neg test, but at least the trigger is out of her system so no false positives.

Yes I had cramping before I got a +HPT. If the cramps are due to implantation, it might take a few days for enough HCG to get into her system to turn a test positive. Keep testing! Best of luck to you guys!

I never had any symptoms before either BFP, so I can't help with the cramping question.  I did test at 11 dpo with my first baby and the second line was so faint, I could barely see it.  I would give it a few days and test again.  Good luck!

I had this before our + test, and got a negative at 8dpo and 10dpo, and a positive on 12dpo (keep in mind I always started AF on 12 dpo). It could be a symptom, but like you said, there is no way to tell without that + test.

Yes! I just got my BFP today!  For the past week and a half I have been feeling little tiny pinches and twinges a few times a day almost every day. I kept joking around with my friend telling her that I hope those pinches are a little baby burrowing in my uterus lol  I took a test at 9 and 10 dpo and both came back neg...actually I looked at the one from 10dpo past the 10 minute mark and there was a faint line. I took a digital test today (11 dep) and it was positive!
