My baby girl is turning 9 weeks this week, and shes been on nothing but mommas' moo-juice up until about 2-3weeks ago when I missed a feeding or two and my supply dropped- ALOT. I burned thru my freezer stash, so I've been supplementing a few feedings a day...
Im planning on buying a new pump and I'd like to try to up my supply again, going back to feeding her straight breastmilk...
Is this even possible? Has anyone done this before- is it even possible? I've been drinking Mothers Milk tea here and there, so I could drink a few more cups of that a day- and have been eating oatmeal... but havent notice a big difference. Will pumping every 2hrs {even if I feel I dont need to} help?
Any tips/stories will help... TIA ladies!!
