Adopting in PA

Hi all,

 We are just starting to think about adoption, and it's all a bit overwhelming.  We are interested in domestic adoption, probably through an agency.  My husband and I still need to discuss the possibility of adopting from foster care.  We are located in Pittsburgh, so I would welcome any recommendations for Pittsburgh-based agencies.  Also, any insight into PA adoptions would be welcome as well as I know things vary from state to state.  Thanks!
