What is with these hot flashes?!

I feel like I'm pre-menopausal!  I go from freezing to sweating in a heartbeat.

    That happens to me at night.  Very uncomfortable. Gotta love the hormones :)

    This was my day yesterday too!! Crazy! its like 70 in the office and people are freezing and i'm lowering it to like 68 because i feel like i'm going to have a heat stroke!!
