Anyone Heard of/Used Huggies Slip On's???

I just did an online survey and the subject was of these Huggies Slip On's. I had never heard of them or seen them, but I'm thinking these would be perfect for my son! I normally get diapers at Target so I looked on their website, and nothing. They have them on diapers.com but I don't buy diapers from them. Has anyone used these and where did you find them? Did you like them?

  • OMG today is the first time I have actually seen commercials for them.  I have seen a couple teaser ads for them.  I can't wait to try them!@!!!!!  They will work out so great, especially on road trips when we have to change him in the car.  I just wish they had come up with these like, uh, 10 months ago lol.

  • I just saw a commercial for these. Not sure what I think about them. Do they slide off the same way they slide on?

From what I've read they have tabs to take them off like a normal diaper. But to put them on they just slide on. DS HATES diaper changes so I think these would solve a world of problems for us. It's unfortunate I have a stock of diapers that would probably last.. like 3 months!

  • We're almost done with our current package of diapers and I was planning on trying these out next due to my LO fighting me at EVERY diaper change! He's also taking off his diapers at night haha!

But does anyone know if there are any other brands out there like it? Meaning you can slip them off and pull the tab to take them off? I haven't tried pull-ups so I'm not even sure if pull-ups have this tab feature!

  • heres a picture of the tab,.

  • I saw a commercial this morning for the first time.  The tabs seem nice.  When we use swim diapers, I don't pull them off, I tear the blue mesh off of each side and he's out.

  • I guess I don't think this would be easier with DD. Maybe when she's a little older and helping to pull them on it would be?

  • I just bought a small pack and started using them on my daughter yesterday. I got them because she will sit still to have her diaper changed for anyone but me! She does great with me pulling on shorts and such so I thought I'd give them a try! I LOVE THEM!

They pull on pretty easily and they have tabs that pull off like regular diapers. I was a little worried it would be like trying to get the Lil Swimmers off, but it's so much better. I had never heard of them til I walked by a display at Wal-Mart. I try not to be a sucker for this kind of marketing, but it is such a struggle somedays and she feels more like a big girl. I still have a large supply of regular diapers that my husband and everyone else uses and for the nighttime since I'd never used Huggies before and didn't know how much it could hold.

I may have to start tracking down all those Huggies coupons I gave away for the first 15 months of her life!

Hope this helps! They are def worth a try if you have a squirmer like I do!

  • I saw them at Walmart and they are really cheap!  Around $10 for 40 diapers.  I didn't buy any though.
  • Oh my GAAHD! I just did a study for them. Can't say much, but we loved them, once we got used to them. Makes it easier with a squirmy toddler. The fact that you can open on sides if needed comes in handy for poopy diapers, but pull off for wet...AWESOME. Now my lips are sealed. LOL
