thrush and pumping ?

I have thrush, thankfully Lila doesn't seem to be suffering except for a little diaper rash.  Can I still give her pumped milk?  I BF, but we're trying to get her to take a bottle, and I'd like to keep trying.  I do have a decent freezer stash from before we got thrush.  Can I use fresh pumped milk?  Or do I have to dump everything I pump while I have thrush?

My doctor told me not to dump it, it's far too precious! We were able to get rid of the thrush successfully and eating from the frozen stash that had it didn't bring it back. Good luck getting rid of it!
