Thanks I hadn't seen that.  Unfortunately the inseam isn't long enough even in the XL   I'm actually on the wait list with WLW for a pair of custom made longies!!!

Yup he's a giant!!  His pedi says he'll probably be 6'4 or 6'5.  The fleece longies I just made him have a 15" inseam and his shorties have a 5" inseam!!  With the wool I usually go 2" longer with the cuff so that they last longer.

Yes, I know what you mean about ordering longer. I have to cuff the space invader longies almost 2 inches right now, but by March they'll probably be more like capris! They grow too fast!

I have no idea how tall DS will be, but both my brothers are 6'3" so he's definitely got some tall genes in there!
