Hello all, lurking here from the 0-3 board. I have a preemie and I know that they will typically hit their milestones closer to their adjusted age but I was wondering if that would also apply to their growth spurts? LO has been pretty good so far which makes me wonder that I'm in for it when he hits 3 weeks adjusted...Anyhow, any insight you have is appreciated. Thank you!

It seems like the girls hit their earlier spurts at their adjusted age, but after a few months after they put on a good bit of weight, they seemed to move toward "actual" age growth spurts.
I has been completely random with my ds. I'm sorry. I know that isn't very helpful. I just have to look for clues because nothing about this kid was on schedule. GL!
