Sitting and Crawling

To all of you 9-12 ladies who have already been through this stage, at what age did your baby start sitting and crawling?

My DD started crawling a week after turning 9 months, after rocking back and forth for a long time. She was sitting fairly well since about 6 months old but recently just gets to sitting on her own.

DD started to really sit on her own at about 6 months, she started army crawling shortly after that. She is just now crawling with her belly off the floor, but she's lazy. Army crawling was less work for her.

DS started sitting well on his own at 7 months, even.

He refuses to crawl, though. He's one of those, "skip and just start walking" babies. He's not walking yet though, but getting there.

 

Every baby is different, though!

Sitting at 5 months and full on crawling at 7-8 months.

She was sitting shortly before 4 months and crawling shortly before 5 months.

 

She's insane.

 

ETA:  crawling before 6 months.  Not 5.  She's not THAT awesome

We're still working on crawling.  He can scoot backwards and go in a circle.  Considering he didn't roll back to belly until almost 8 months, I'm surprised he can do anything on his tummy.

All of this except she started getting herself to sitting shortly after learning to crawl (like a couple of days or so).
