Best lotion for nipples?

My nipples are already incredibly chapped, and there are a surprising number of lotions.  What lotions have you liked best or not liked at all? Lansinoh lanolin's probably the most widely available, but is it truly the best?

    I used Lanolin with DS and it helped (I think). I recommend the Medela Lanolin because it spreads on easier than the Lansinoh stuff my Walmart had.

    I hope you knew you were allergic before putting it on your nipples!!!!

    That's exactly what I was thinking.  About as bad as the time I found out I was allergic to latex condoms. Tongue Tied
