weekly workout

What did you ladies do this past week for exercise?

I walked 30 mins each day and did my kegel exercises and stretches. I didn't walk today. Having a garage sale was exercise enough! Indifferent Im exhausted!! Sleep

    I walked 2 miles Tuesday(then it started pouring!) 4 miles Thursday and today I did 45 mins on the elliptical. Hoping to hit the gym tomorrow but we shall see!

    30 minutes of weights on Monday, 30 minute walk on Tuesday, 30 minutes weights on Wednesday and 1 hour on the treadmill on Thursday.  Not as good as I'd like but I'll do a little better next week.

    I've been a slacker again last week.  Only exercised once on Tuesday.  Did the elliptical and weights.  But, I did help my mother unpack on Monday and Friday, so I think that should count, right?Smile

    42 minutes on the eliptical X4 times

    I did an hour of Zumba Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Sat. 5 Days is my limit. I did go on a half hour walk on Sat also.
