Any pessary users?

Has anyone here used/currently using a pessary?  My cervix is very low and so is the baby.  The Dr. wants me to see how I feel when I go back to work this week, but said a pessary might help.  I have been having a lot of pressure and that "falling out" feeling. I have NOT been diagnosed with a uterine prolapse.

If you do use it- did you find that it helped?  Why did you use it?  Benefits? Risks?  Any help would be appreciated!
