Would anyone be willing to share their Code of Conduct document with me? We've had some issues in our growing club and it's time to get something in writing. I am not sure if we have one, but can't you get it from your Big Sister or Area Coordinator, etc?

Yes, they sent us a sample.  But said they don't have anything official.

The club I am in does not have one and we need one - my workshop notebook from the regional workshop does not have one, interesting. I think we have one related to play group conduct though, maybe ask again about a playgroup specific one?

Not sure if this is relevant, but check out the book "queen bee moms" if your group is having issues with cliques or power struggles.

I tell my husband I am going to quit a few times every month because someone is always sniping about someone else and it drives me bonkers, I can't take the drama.
