Why are people buying $10 worth of Similac Checks for $7.50+ on eBay? That's not saving... right? OK there's got to be something I'm missing here...

Same goes for other brands, too, though.

I thought I'd browse to see if there was anything usable (or cheap), and was surprised to see such high bids!

I guess it saves like, 2 bucks? Not worth it IMO.  I'd rather trade with you guys.  That is, if they would send me ANY coupons at all! (I haven't gotten Enfamil or Similac in months)
