I will be driving through LR with my son in 3 weeks on our way to Memphis....I am thinking we'll stop for an hour or so and burn some of his energy. Any cool parks or other activities you can recommend for us? TIA!

I would stop by the big damn bridge area. there is also a dog park there and a playground not far from downtown.
