Foremilk/Hindmilk imbalance?

LO has had foamy yellow poop for over a week now and it seems to make her super fussy.

I tried block nursing thinking it could be a foremilk/hindmilk problem, but it doesn't seem to be helping.

Does anyone know anything else to try for imbalance other than block nursing?

If you think you have an imbalance, you should talk to your pediatrician before self-treating. It's far more rare than the talk on these boards would lead you to believe.

Agreed that you should talk to the pedi.  Yellow poop sounds normal (at least for my kids), although foamy might be weird.  Also, are you sure it's the feeding/pooping that's making her fussy?  Fussiness peaks around 6 weeks, usually, and I know my kids got really cranky around 5-6 weeks.
