Prime Time at the Y

have any of you dropped off your child while working out at the Y? I'm going to be giving it a shot tonight and wanted some feedback. TIA!

I haven't, but it is very popular.  My DD actually goes to preschool at the Y, which is right next to daycare.  Most of the moms that have 2 kids put one in preschool and leave the other in daycare while they work out.

Tessie does really well in the prime time at the Y in Fayetteville. She's been going since about 8 months and most of the workers know her name. They're good about helping you "get away" if your LO has separation issues. T almost always cries when I leave her but within 2 minutes she's fine. We call it playing with the big kids at the y (bc she's not in the baby room anymore) and she will ask to play with the big kids if we haven't been in a while.

Thanks ladies.  K is always wanting to go in that room whenever we are at the Y for other events but I haven't used the prime time yet.  Hopefully he doesn't freak out!
