check out Full Circle in White Plains. They have a regular support group. Also Westchester Baby Bites (I think that is what they are called) runs groups too.
My hospital that I delivered at (Northern Westchester) has a new mom group. I think they meet like every Tuesday or something. I'm sure any of the hospitals that deliver babies have a group. I would give the maternity units a call and find out!
