I don't remember this with my previous pregnancies, but I am SO sore. My shoulders, lower back and hips feel like I'm eighty years old. I was a very active person beforehand, went to the gym five times a week. But within the last month whenever I get out of bed in the morning I just ache and ache. My neck and back are constantly cracking, my wrists and fingers are popping. Its driving me crazy. That, combined with the constant nausea make me want to curl up in a ball. Today I finally just took a zofran and some ibuprofen and I felt wonderful for a few hours, but I don't want to keep on taking ibuprofen... ugh.

Re: Anyone else incredibly sore?
I felt this way a couple of weeks ago, but I'm not so sore anymore.
Also, Acetaminophen is apparently better during pregnancy than Ibuprofen.

My family is a Foreign Service family. Families like mine are posted in every corner of the globe. We live our lives away from family, friends and the conviences and comforts of home. We often live and work in dangerous places among those that misunderstand our intentions and purposes. Sometimes members of our ranks sacrifice our lives to further diplomacy. Please remember that we serve too. And I'm always open to questions.
