Sooooo....the twins usually are up/get fed around 9am. And then we go about our day. Until today that meant dr's appts or PT/OT, etc, but today is our first "day off". (Which BTW I might add, whoever said 1 appt per baby per day is GENIUS ... and I certainly will NEVER schedule appts on days b2b UNLESS there is a DARN good reason....read "thank you NICU for scheduling appts for A at the same "office" on several different days during the same week", but anyway)... So I figured I'd give this EASY method a try...
Now I probably shouldn't brag but...A was up first so I changed her diaper and fed her, sat her in the RNP while I did the same for B. Then I sat their RNP's side by side and read them two kids books, sung the ABC's (never to early to start right?), and we played with some toys, then we did some of our PT exercises...this lasted about an hour, maybe an hour and a half...and um yeah now they are both out like a light!
THIS NEVER HAPPENS! BY THIS TIME I USUALLY HAVE CRANKY BABIES!
Oh and it was awesome the whole time we were playing I was getting smiles galore!
And for whatever reason I decided that I would go to bed by 10 pm last night (thanks to my Mom for helping get the kids bathed and in bed while DH was pulling OT), and get up when DH left for work to shower, etc. I know have a semi clean kitchen, 3 loads of laundry done, and I even ate breakfast lol...
I totally probably just jinxed myself, but I wanted to share my excitement.

Re: Um...yeah...ok...a/w
We'll miss you sweet Debbie Girl (4.21.12) and sweet Cindy Girl (8.9.12)

That is so awesome...I love when B goes long streches at night, give's you a whole new perspective doesn't it?
Now as for that meadow...let's go! ;-)
Just wait until they both start sleeping through the night. It's a wonderful feeling. Way to go Mama!
HAHAHA ohhhh well, I'll take the jinx of your hands. DS was enough cranky for the whole board this afternoon/eve/tonight. WOO! that was fun! <--sarcasm
T and C must have been having the same day. She had a case of I-will-cry-every-time-you-set-me-down-itis yesterday. Fun times for all.
Our precious girl, born at 27 weeks.
