Anyone have elevated creatinine levels while on BC pills?

I just got a blood test done for a physical and my creatinine levels are showing possible kidney disease and my triglyceride levels are high as well.  I have never had kidney issues before, so I was wondering if it could be the birth control pills.  Anyone else experience this?

I'm not a doctor, but I can't see how that would be related to BC pills.  Both of those numbers are more associated with things like heart disease and diabetes.
