Breastmilk guidelines

Hi ladies! I will be starting my student teaching in a couple of weeks and my mom will be watching my son who is breastfed. She will be using frozen and refridgerated breastmilk and I was wondering if you all could tell me the 'rules' of using frozen AND fresh/refridgerated breastmilk, or if you know of a good website that has this information. Since this is my first child I really know nothing about using frozen or fresh breastmilk. I would like to be able type up the rules/guidelines and give them to my mom because she is worried she will do something wrong.
