Just got home from first ultrasound!

Just one in there, and it's very healthy and active - was moving around a lot HB was 175 (got to hear it). LO was measuring 13 weeks 1 day, but that's pretty much impossible based on my chart, so I'm thinking it's just growing faster than most. Maybe my recent worsening of m/s is because of a growth spurt, lol!

The tech said they don't take pictures this early, so I'll have to wait for my 18 wk one to get pictures But at that one they give you a cd full of pictures, for free, so that will be nice.

Congrats! I guess it's better for LO to be too big than too small right?

Yay for a good appointment! That sucks about the pictures. At my first u/s the machine was old and I was under the impression that it didn't print pictures. About a week later I had a follow up appt after an ER scare where they did another u/s and printed pictures. I was like what the heck?  They should DEFINITELY give a momma a picture of her baby every time. What's the harm?
