So, I've had queasiness and lots of aversions since about 5 weeks, and then added gagging and dry heaving at 10 weeks, and now at almost 12 weeks I just threw up the bagel (which is normally my least nausea-inducing food) that I had for breakfast almost 2 hours ago.
So, this is new territory for me. Those who have been through this: what do I do now? Try and eat again right away, or wait until I feel hungry?
Thank you in advance for any responses

Glad I'm not the only one feeling that way so late on. My stomach felt fine until about 9 1/2 weeks. Now even the piece of toast I had for breakfast was gross. I thought I was going to make it through the first trimester puke free...oh well.
Hope you feel better!
