ben and jerrys coffee heath ice cream.....yes/no?

HI,

I am just 5 weeks now .. woot woot. but here is my dilema. my husband went to go get me frozen yogurt, but came back with Ben and Jerrys coffee heath bar ice cream.. i have read plenty were caffine is a BIG NO NO.. but ...PLEASE SAY YES.. PLEASE PLEASE SAY YES I CAN EAT IT...

considering you can have caffiene while pregnant, I would assume you could have the ice-cream.

yea i have read so much about the moderation with caffine, and such. but then i have read so much that coffee ice cream wont hurt a bit.. i figure i talk to real people and get some ideas.. thank you.

I had some Ben and Jerry's coffee coffee buzz buzz buzz (probably stronger than the coffee heath) a few weeks ago. I think it's fine if you have a little- just don't eat an entire container... like you would do that anyway, right?
