I'm mentally drained...

My FIL is one of the nicest people I know. He is also the most inquisitive person I have ever met. I feel like I have to mentally prep myself for his visits. He asks a question and before I finish answering him, he has 5 more questions lined up...

What time did the boys wake up? How long did they sleep? What did they have for breakfast? How much did they eat? How many ounces did Aaron have? Did he take a nap after that? How long did he sleep? If he doesn't fall asleep, when do you think he will fall asleep? How long do you think he will nap for? Did Connor nap today? It goes on and on until he goes home....

My head hurts...

That would be draining. It is nice he is interested, but give you a minute to breathe.

Ugh I'm sorry. My mom is like that; she's very loving and she has the best of intentions, but she tends to fire off questions before I even have a hope of answering the original one. Usually I just say "one at a time, please!!" and she gets the hint.

Ugh, that sucks. At least it is over now & you can relax. My MIL just asks the same question over & over all.day.long. "Is J teething?" "So he's getting a tooth?" "How are his teeth?" Broken record.
