mmm, my H dropped the batter that was leftover from dinner into oil the other day, then coated them with powdered sugar.  Yum!  Enjoy your funnel cakes!

Last time I made them, I didn't heat my oil hot enough or something like that, and they just tasted like oil soaked dough. :sigh:
