I need vacation planning HELP!

Hello ladies. The DH and I are hoping to plan a "last hoorah" before baby vacation, but we are on a budget. Anyone have any suggestions for places we can go that are preferably all inclusive or at least affordable when it comes to food?

We are also very active and we want to go somewhere FUN with lots of stuff to do, but we are hoping to find these activities at a good deal :)  We went on a cruise for our honeymoon, so we really don't want to do that again. Plus, I'm not sure how the rocking of the boat will do with my sometimes upset tummy these days.

Any and all suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. We need to book this thing ASAP.

  • Before we go on vacation anywhere, we always check out restaurant.com and look for good deals on gift cards. We just purchased a 50$ for 6$. You can usually find a code to enter to get them at the discounted price. Just search the city you are looking to visit, if you don't find something that is all inclusive

  • I don't know what your budget is, but you could probably swing a trip to Puerto Rico for what you would spend on a cruise.

We're looking at all-inclusives in Mexico using cheapcaribbean.com.  There seem to be some good prices there!

  • I don't know where you are from, but I LOVE the national parks... Yellowstone being my favorite!  You can relax or be adventurous, or something in between! If you go in September, the peak of the tourist season will be over and prices will be coming down.  Also, if budget is an issue, you can usually rent a trailor/mobile home and do some cooking for yourself.

The Dominican Republic or Guadeloupe also have some great deals, just watch out cause you are getting into rainy/hurricane season so any where you might go in the Caribbean/Atlantic/Gulf of Mexico could potentially turn into a REAL adventure.
