Is this Mastitis

I was really engorged last night and decided to have the baby eat some from the breast and not pump.  I woke up with an extremely sore breast and it still hurts.  It hurts when he latches, it actually makes me dizzy it hurts so bad.  My skin feels like it's on fire on my stomach, back, arms and breasts.  My back and hips ache and I have a fever.  

Which Dr. do you go to when you have stuff like this happen.  OB, PCP or LCs.  What have you done to relieve the pain?

    Sounds just like it. I called my ob office and told them my symptoms and they called in a perscription for me.

    I called my OB and got a prescription.  You have all the symptoms I had.

    I took pain reliever...tylonol or motrin, massaged, and did warm compresses in addition to the antibiotics and nursing.pumping until empty. Feel better!
