an infection or clogged duct? 

Right after I BF my left boob hurts on the inside, like under the areola. Kinda achy but kinda stabby too.  It's not constant.  But lasts a while after feeding and pumping.

I don't think there's anything wrong, I just wanna know what to keep an eye out for. Obviously my breast/nipps are warm to the touch but not HOT or anything.

It could be the beginning of a clogged duct - I would just be diligent about massaging that area next time you nurse or pump just in case.  Mine have sometimes started as a minor annoyance but can progress fast.

Some people describe thrush as stabby pain too.

Could be nothing at all.  Sometimes aches/sensations are normal when you are just starting BFing.  For it to be a clogged duct you'd probably feel a hard spot or lump and for an infection, like you said - hot or even chills and a fever.  I'd try to massage that area, especially during a warm shower.  Often times you can prevent a problem this way.

If it's right after you empty the boob, it could just be your body trying to produce more milk. In the beginning I had a lot of stabbing pains whenever I finished a feeding.

I have had a lot of different pains too...I think it's part of beginning BFing. I wouldn't worry unless there is redness or it feels warm, fever,etc. Also, hot washcloths before a feed or hot shower water is awesome.
