Should I pump, or just massage? DS is down for the night, so nursing is not an option at the moment.

Ugh I get these quite often.

I would pump and massage (if possible). Mine are always right at the base of the nip, so I can't massage and pump.

When DS wakes up, nurse and massage! I'll bet he empties it in 5 minutes flat!

Do both!  If you wait until morning to nurse or pump you'll probably regret it.
