The other DD was being her fussy self after eating. I had already done everything I could think of from changing her to playing with her. DH kept asking what was wrong with her (so helpful when he does that). Finally I sat down and fed her again (it had only been a half hour since she last ate so that's why it was my last choice). DH looked over and chuckled and said "when in doubt, whip it out!" That's now the famous phrase in our house when DD gets fussy.

"DH kept asking what was wrong with her (so helpful when he does that)"
I LOL'd at this. H does this all the time too and it drives me crazy.
every.single.time DS was fussy when he was younger, DH would say, "I think he's hungry."
I used to get SOOOO pissed off at him.
This. Exactly.
If DH couldn't calm the baby down, he'd swear that the baby MUST be Starving! Even if I had just fed him. Because it was the only thing DH couldn't do for the baby. Aargh.
