Valley Ranch/Irving -- in home babysitter/nanny

This is our first child and we really have no clue where to start in considering child care. We think we want someone who can come to the house while we are at work (normal business hours). I suppose some would say that is a nanny, but we aren't looking for any of the extras nannies sometimes do (i.e. housework). Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions for this type of child care in the Valley Ranch part of Irving? If not this, any other good suggestions?
