Internal bruising from the kicks?

I can literally see this baby's feet pushing out the side of my belly and I am convinced there are internal bruises. Is this even possible? SO SORE!!!!

    I was wondering about this the other night. He was kicking me in the ribs HARD and I was wondering if it's possible for him to cause damage or bruises... I'm doubting it but sometimes it sure feels like it!

    I don't know about bruising on your uterus but I do know that your ribs can be bruised from the really hard kicks. The good thing is that they heal on their own and everything should go back to normal after you give birth.

    I'm having a really sore day too. It feels like LO pushed his feet up in the top of my uterus and it feels like I have a huge bruise. And he continues to push there and it hurts. I wish there was something I could do to alleviate the pain.
