cortisone shot?

I'm an idiot and just got a cortisone shot for dequervains in my wrist. I mentioned that I ebf but forgot to ask if there are any problems BFing after the shot. I have a message in with my LC but thought I'd check here. Anyone know if I just screwed up?

I've had 2 since LO was born, also for DeQuervain's! Now if I could just stop having to pick these dang kids up, maybe my wrist would heal and I wouldn't need shots anymore! For real though, it's fine!

I think you're fine.  I got cortisone shots when I was 36 weeks pregnant for carpel tunnel.  Cortisone acts locally and does not enter the blood stream so you should be OK.

The doctor didn't question it??  My dermatologist was going to give me one but after he spoke to my OB, he didn't and just gave me something else tha twould be safe.
