Unfortunately I'm not that familar with VBAC in Miami. ICAN should have providers for you.
I don't know how far south you are. But if Hollywood isn't too far to travel, then Suidmak or Aronson would be great choices. Please be aware that there is a huge difference in OB's that say that they will offer VBAC and doctors that will actually give you a trial of labor. It can be well worth it to travel to the right doctor for you. .

Women's Health Partners in Boca (SW 18th Ave & Powerline) does. I've been going to them for years and had a c-section with baby #1. We discussed the possibility of VBAC with baby #2, but then decided against it since my first baby was failure to progress and she was average size.

I highly recommend that you contact ICAN. They meet monthly and are a great resource for VBAC, providers, and c-section recovery.
