I'm looking at this list on here of all the foods you are supposed to eat in one day and maybe I just don't eat much but I can't even think of getting 6 servings of whole grains a day. Maybe one or two. I eat really healthy, so there is no junk food in there and the snacks I eat are usually fruit or cheese (trying to get my calcium intake up). Anybody else have a problem not being able to eat all the things you are supposed to?
Re: Nutrition
Don't worry about it! Really people go way overboard about this. Just eat as healthy as you can possibly manage, but as you are already, don't stress about it!
ETA: especially in the first tri with nausea and m/s it is difficult to get a rounded diet. Just do your best
You'd be surprised by what actually constitutes a serving. A sandwich on whole wheat bread is at least 2 - sometimes 3 - servings of whole grains.
You get more than you think, but those are just guidelines - don't stress about it. If you eat healthy, don't feel hungry, and are getting enough water and nutrients otherwise, it's not a big deal.
