Is this safe???

Does anyone know if that colored hair spray normally used for halloween costumes is safe during pregnancy??

Also, Do you think it's safe to use Elmers gule in my hair? I need to get it to stick straight up. Dh says beeswax is the best, but elmers glue works and is the easiest to wach out. (DH was a total punk in high school)

    Elmer's glue is non-toxic, isn't it?  I think that's what it says on the bottle because little kids eat it.

    The hair spray probably isn't good for you but as long as you don't inhale it you'd probably be okay.  I would spray it outside or something and then move away from the area you sprayed it at.

    Yeah, I think elmers is of. I'm going to call the Dr to ask about the spray. I plan to cover my face while DH sprays it on...outside OF COURSE...don't want purple all over my house.

    Ditto the PP's... also if you can, when you buy the hair spray, ask the people at the store if they have one for kids and use that... just to be on the safe side. Also if you are really concerned you could probably wear a mask over your mouth and nose while spraying it. I know you can buy those at Home Depot or similar stores because we got some for when we were doing some painting in an enclosed space.
