Please tell me what diet you are on. I need a good diet and need to see results fast. I've heard of all these different ones but not sure which one actually works.
I'm doing the slim fast 3-2-1 diet. Three 100cal snacks, 2 shakes, 1 real meal. I've lost 12lbs in the past 3 weeks. But I'm doing it a little modified bc I'm still bfing. I eat a yogurt, string cheese or a portion of fat free pretzels with each shake, o
There are several of us on the 17 day diet. If you can get through the first few days, you can do it. It has 4 cycles of foods to eat. I'm still on cycle 1 (17 days each) and have been on it for a week and a half. I've lost 8 pounds so far.

I'm on day 16 of cycle 1 and weighed in 9 pounds lighter today. I'm eating extra calories though because I'm BFing. What makes this diet easier for me is that I know if I cheat, I will mess up the flow of the diet & it won't work as well. With ww, I feel like I would be more apt to cheat. That's just me and my effed up psyche though

You do cycles 1-3 and if you haven't met your gaol weight then you alternate 2&3 until you get to your goal. Cycle 4 is a maitemance phase and basically is forever. It's where you stay on track during the week then have the weekend off. Hope that helps.
i see you're in nyc - if budget isn't a big deal, i'm on this www.zonemanhattan.com. i lost 6 lbs. in a month but i "supplement" still when i'm hungry because i'm BF. not having to cook at all is nice, and since a lot of it is vegetables, i give bits of my meals to DS for dinner since it's just healthy and low sodium.

Tonight I'm on the 4 pieces of pizza and a bottle of wine diet. It's working wonders.
