Birthday party theme help

I want to do a monster theme for my DD's birthday, but I have having a heck of a time finding invitations or decorations. For anyone who's done research, have you seen anything monster in your searches? I've found a few things on Etsy, but nothing I'm in love with. I want cutesy girly monsters and nothing is really matching up to that.

I am doing monsters too, but for my son. I can see that you probably aren't finding much. I think that Etsy has the best selection, since they custom make things. I did get DS's stuff from Target. They had invites, thank yous, plates, cups, napkins and lots of other stuff! BUT...not very girly. The one thing I did see in the craft aisle though were these iron on make your own monster stuff. That one DID have girl monsters. At any rate, you can check it out. Maybe you can at least use some of it. Otherwise, I suggest making your own stuff. You can use pink cups and glue on eyes and hair and sparkles and stuff. That might be the best way!

I read this blog and today she happened to have a few ideas for a monster party. Most of the colors are primary, but if you wanted to make them pink, purple, etc, I'm sure you could. There aren't any invitations, but ideas for decorations and whatnot.

If you go to Etsy, you could probably have someone do a special order for you in more girly colors.

Maybe you can do a monsters inc. party thats the only thing I could come up with that have girly monsters.

Oh, I just found this while I was typing my reply. It's called lil monsters and they look kind of girly. and the supplies are on clearance so that makes it even better.

I love the monster eyes for the drinks!

Also, monster cupcakes are pretty easy for dessert and you can make them any colors you want.

It at least has a pink and purple monster on the invite so you could work with those colors for decorations.
