I'm being induced tomorrow morning (unexpected) and have not done my homework on relaxation tips. I had horrible anxiety with my first daughter (I had to be induced then as well). It did not go the greatest. My plan is to make everything different (as much as I can) with this delivery, so it's not as long and painful. Anyway, my question is, does anyone have any good websites you use/used for relaxation techniques for labor and delivery. I've googled some and they're OK. Just wondering what other expecting moms have found and used. Thank you

Re: Induction tomorrow :(
I would definitely put together some tunes on your ipod if you have one. I was also checking out reflexology massage videos on you tube yesterday. A lot of these techniques are supposed to be very helpful in assisting with moving labor along. So whomever you are going to have with you during your labor you can hopefully have them help you out with some of these to make things easier. I also practice and teach yoga and I plan on cultivating the ujjayi breath. Deep inhales and exhales out your nose. It helps to calm your heart rate and create focus.
Granted I will be a first time mom, but hopefully this will help you out!
