Home for Sale in Peachtree Corners

Hi Ladies - I'm usually a lurker on here, but we're getting ready to list our house for sale in Peachtree Corners (about 3 minutes from the Forum) - it's a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath that we've done a bunch of upgrades on and are willing to sell at a loss, since our "dream home" has recently come on the market and we're anxious to move to a bigger house (to make room for more kiddos).  It's in a great, family oriented swim/tennis community and is only 7 miles outside of the perimeter.  It's bittersweet because we love our neighbors, but we would also love more space.  If anyone might be interested, please PM me and I'll give you more details.  In the meantime, does anyone have any realtor recommendations for that area?
