it is! officially, according to his doctors, he was (is) considered "cancer free" as of his first surgery, where they removed the tumor and surrounding lymph nodes. so, each of his scans come on the anniversary of his surgery (which is a day or two after Jack's b-day).
so, yeah, 2 down, three to go. the PA that he saw said that he was doing REALLY well, in terms of GI function, considering that he is only 2 years out which makes us think that there will be even more improvement as the years go on.
zomg. after the morning i've had, i'm thinking about ripping out my uterus.
