Healthy suggestions for 9 month old finger foods. I don't know what I was thinking...I was still using the food sold in stores and just cheerios, but forgetting what else he can eat at this age.
pasta (cut up rotini is the easiest for her to grab)
cheese
sweet potato fries
I've also tried dusting fruit and veggie bits in crushed cheerios (so that they aren't so slippery) but she isn't sure about that yet!

I made the broccoli and cheddar nuggets and the apple turkey loaf from wholesomebabyfood.com and she loved them.
Did you try freezing either of those? I wanted to try the turkey loaf for LO but don't want to make the whole batch if I can't freeze part of it (I checked the recipe but didn't see whether she recommended freezing it or not). TIA!

. I froze them both and they thawed out fine in the microwave. I used chicken instead of turkey but that's just because that's what I had.
