? about stomach pain

My whole abdomen area feels uncomfortable right now.  I was having some cramping over the last few hours but that has gone away.  My stomach still feels tight though and it hurts to move in certain positions.  It also hurts when I lay on my side.  My baby is moving around, do you think she is causing some of the discomfort or does it sound like growing pains?

That is kind of how I felt yesterday. Just uncomfortable and super tight belly. Sore on the sides. I took as my belly is growing and stretching!
