success stories anyone?

I'll be 40 weeks in 4 days. Im not dilated at all and my doctor told me last visit my cervix is still "posterior." I was very discouraged and even a little bit depressed hearing this. Ive has no contractions or anything for over a week now, starting to feel like im in for a late baby. Anyone have anything similar & end up with an early/on time delivery? I need some hope!
