NPR: What accessories do you have for your grill?

We just got new charcoal and gas grills, and we would like to start using them more and for more than just hamburgers and hot dogs.  What accessories do you have that you use a lot and like?

We don't have anything too fancy, but we use our vegetable grill basket a lot and our reusable skewers all the time.
