my PW liner only has an elastic top, no zippers. Are there different styles? Hmmm
Yes! One of the brands has a zipper along the bottom so you can just un zip and dump them right in!

I actually never touch my dipes going in the washer (unless I need to remove inserts from a diaper in a diaper bag wet bag). I just upend the bag over the washer and hold onto the elastic. Then push the bottom of the bag through the elastic so that its inside out and drop it in the washer.
I thought about the zipper one too, but I wonder if the weight of the diapers would make it difficult to unzip or cause diaper fabric to get caught in the zipper? My PW ones are working out really well though.
Good luck with the twins! We'll be waiting for pictures

This is what I do, no touching required. Of course, I still wash my hands.
Another concern I might have with the zipper is that you have to reach in around the bag to unzip, so that could mean that things spill out the top while both hands are in the washer unzipping.
I have a planet wise hanging wet sack ( I believe different than the one on ebay). It has a zipper at the top which I love. All I do is unzip it and then put it in the washer grab the bottom and heave the diapers out. I then just through the bag in and wash. It's very easy. I would think it would be a bit harder with the zipper at the bottom since all the diaper weight would be there. When I unzip there is nothing at the top.
