Mommy Groups in the City?

Looking for any kind of mommy groups, support groups, infant playdates (I have a one year old daughter). Hit a rough patch lately - seems all of our single friends are phasing themselves out of our lives, so I'm looking to connect with some mommies in the area. I work full time and we live in the Fairmount area of Philadelphia if anyone can recommend anything... thanks in advance.

I would check at Ali's Wagon on Fairmount Ave . . . I'm pretty sure they have a mommy group

any suggestions for the university city area? i have a 7 week old and plan on being home with her till she's 6 months old...so i think a playgroup/mommy group will be essential! thanks!
